While I strive to provide prompt turnaround times, please understand that many seasonal events occur within the same week(s) and may result in a slight delay in the start of the editing process. Rest assured, I work diligently to ensure consistent high-quality results.

Once the event has taken place, your photos will be professionally edited. I understand the eagerness to view and share these beautiful memories and I aim to distribute the event galleries to parents or guardians within 5 working days of the event.

For those who have purchased photographs, I prioritise the final edits to deliver the perfect representation of your cherished memories. Once payment has been submitted, your selected images will undergo the final editing process, ensuring they are polished to perfection. I process purchased photographs in the order of purchase, giving each customer the attention they deserve. You can expect your finalised images within an additional 7 working days from the point of purchase.
